AI-as-a-Service
Heading up the sale and delivery of products at Super.AI, I was able to close and manage the delivery of $800,000 of recuring revenue in my first 14 months without any given pipeline, and left behind a warm pipeline of an additional $1.2M as well as a lead generation engine with clear tracking to the C-Suite.
I was both the customer facing person and the product liason to engineering to determine the roadmap based on the market.
Financial Forecasting
Just as self awareness is crucial to improving and getting the outcomes you want for yourself, so is having a simple and accurate financial model to understanding your buisness. Aside from the required financial reporting, this gave us the information we needed to make decisions on staffing, remove unncessary cost, and enabled us to fundraise.
Crash Detection
Detect when someone gets them into a car crash, and send them an ambulance even if they're unconcious using machine learning and signal processing. This started with me buying 70 phones and clothes for 8 crash test dummies, then going to a crash test facility and reproducing car crashes to get the sensor readings. Ask me how going through TSA was!

Commercializing Crash
Developing crash detection was an incredible experience. Starting a new department and turningthe technology into a full fledged product and winning three $1M dollar contracts within 18 months was even better. After the successful completion of those contracts, this new product was the basis for several $20M+ contracts.
Particle Collisions
Ensuring sensor fidelity at CERN, the largest and most advanced physics experiment on the planet with multiple international teams was an absolute joy and a gift.

My research contributed to the Compact Muon Solenoid, one of the two major experiments at the Large Hadron Collider that led to the finding of the Higgs Boson, a many year effort in support of the Super Symmetry theory of physics.
Satellite Surveillance
Translating GB-images from satellite into low level and high level features that allowed us to build machine learning models to characterize rural villages to predict the likelihood of unrest and characterizing general indicators of stability.
Driver Identification
I was the first data scientist to start detecting whether a person was the driver or the passenger in the car, with no additional hardware besides what is already in your phone. We created and patented an algorithm that enabled us to win a head-to- head competition that ended with a $10M contract. And it all started with 300 drives in the parking lot of the Harvard innovation lab!

Awarded patent: US9398423B2
Landslide Detection
Remote detection of landslide conditions based on precipitation intensity-duration-frequency analysis. Showed the ability to monitor for landslides without on-the-ground readings which enables coverage of areas that would be cost-prohibitive to check in person.
